Sacrament Preparation

Students at St. Mark Catholic School receive their preparation to receive the sacraments through the school, in partnership with St. Mark Catholic Church.  Because students receive religion every day as one of our core subjects, they will not need to attend a faith formation program at St. Mark Catholic Church, unless they are a special case*.

However, because of our partnership with the parish, students still need to be registered for sacrament prep through the church if they are in a sacrament year (2nd grade for First Holy Communion or 8th grade for Confirmation)

For 2nd graders receiving First Holy Communion during the upcoming school year, please click the following link to register:

*Special cases might include non-Catholic students who wish to become Catholic with their parents' permission, baptized Catholics who are older than 2nd grade but have not yet received First Holy Communion, non-baptized individuals who wish to come into the church, etc.  In these special cases, St. Mark Catholic Church has special classes to guide you depending on your specific case.  Please go to Saint Mark Catholic Church to view information about the OCIA program for children and teens to find out if registration is right for your family.

In all circumstances, St. Mark Catholic School is always here to assist you along your family's faith journey.
